Any experience with being an Admin?: Yes, it sounds fishy, but I've been playing Minecraft for 3-4 years, and ever since the beginning I wanted to help out on a server. That lead me to going to PMC and looking at the server recruitment tabs. From there, I have helped out many smaller servers that generally had 5-10 people online. I have been an admin 4 times, mod 2, helper 2 and co-owner 1.
Describe 3 situations, where someone is threatening the server by Hacking, spamming, or Abusing, say what you will do?
Hacking: Gather evidence, ban them temporarily and show evidence to all staff members, then come to a conclusion.
Spamming: Mute the person without warning. Usually, servers have a rule for spammers, which means there shouldn't be a warning for them.
Abusing: Take the same steps as hacking, ban them temporarily. Usually, the abuser is a staff member, so I could only show the proof to the Owner and Co-Owner. Maybe admins.
What can you bring to the server?: I can bring players and harmony by solving most of its problems. I can add ideas for plugins and games, help out with staff applications, and manage staff.
