I dont even understand cyber-bullying. The computer has an off switch, facebook has a block button and minecraft has a ban/mute command. These people should wipe their eyes and do something about it! Although violence is never the answer, tell your friends. Get a group of 4 or 5 people and confront him/her and if there is a swing then you know that you're gonna win it! Trust me! It's happened to me before.
