Just saying if you can't pay for a host, you aren't going to get one for free. Either try to continue portforward of make a hamachi server.

I could help out but are you totally new with creating a server?

If you are, if you just search this: How to make a bukkit server?

You'd get a basic idea on how. It takes time to learn it but if you have any questions you can pm me.

What do you mean nothing is happening? Can you make your problem more clear?
The most common error is the .bat running file. Also remember to rename your craftbukkit jar.
