What I would want in Minecraft would probably be an End-Game item. When you play the game, the best weapons and armour you can get is Enchanted Diamond stuff right? That is starting to feel to common for most players. There could be a drop from the Enderdragon or Wither that is an actual magical item that deals devastating attacks that attracts the attention of the player. A Magical wand that actually shoots out spiraling sparks or something new. Not regular fireballs, those are too common also among the Minecraft Players. It also could just be a Special Diamond sword with unique enchantments (Enchantments you can't get either way except creative).
