Experience in that position..Having played Minecraft for years I have experience on numerous projects.
Why do you want to help AnimeHub..It seems fun and I love anime. I have never seen an anime I don't like. I think this server sounds fantastic.
What punishments do you give out..I am not one to give punishments often, but when a person repeatedly breaks important rules, I believe in punishment.
How strict are you/how nice are you..Not that strict, honestly. I am a forgiving person. I am usually cheerful and upbeat.
