I doubt it will be on the next gen Xbox, and the next gen xbox will be a long way away, I think two years maybe.
I wouldn't buy a console just for one game, but if you like the look of other games for the xbox like gears of war and halo, exclusive ones, then I would go for it.

How active can you be on the server?: Every day at least an hour.
Why do you want Mod/Admin?: I like to help, and watch a server grow. Being able to help build it and look after it gives me a sort of motivation.
Experience: I have hosted a server successfully, as well as admined three servers long time, and two others short time.
Would you ever donate?: I suppose its a possibility.
Name one of the server rules: No racism.
