Is it okay to ban a staff member: No.
Why should you be Admin: I like to help and only go on good servers. Looking at this, your server is great! I would like to help people too. I never abuse powers and I am very honest.
Is it okay to mute a staff member: No.
What do you do if a hacker comes on the server and you can't ban him, your the only Admin on the server?: I would stay calm and contact you ASAP.
