    been restlessly playing minecraft for days with friends, building something. once it's finished, i'll be publishing the map for download. it's my first build project like this, so hopefully it goes well.

    i know i made a post about it but i legit tried to look for it. does anyone know a resource pack for 1.8 that makes you hold things (like swords) how you hold them before 1.8 or is that not a thing?

    you know how they changed how you hold swords in 1.8? i wonder if anyone's made a resource pack that reverts that. i always liked the old sword holding better.

    time flies. next month is when i'll hit 11 years of Minecraft and as a celebration to that, i plan on playing modded Minecraft 1.7.10. the problem is the fact that i don't know what mods to add.

    i miss old Minecraft horror. back then, it was just "reporting" some things online about something that shouldn't happen in the game, like forests with no leaves, signs telling you stuff, and a guy with a default skin with white eyes.



    nowadays, it's always just unoriginal copy-pastes of a really tall thin guy who's just always in caves or something. you see these trash copies up and down, left and right. it's endless and it's tiring me.

    random, but the fact that whenever i want to go to my backyard and look up at the night sky to see the stars sucks. i'm mainly complaining because i'm kind of blind and i tend to only use my glasses at very certain occasions. i refuse to get myself a laser eye surgery.

    then again, there's a lot of light pollution here, and that sucks WAAAAAAY more.

    random, but as someone who came from DeviantArt, i don't miss that place at all.



    trust me, for your own good, ignore that site as much and as best as you can. i'm telling you, you're gonna see some rather unpleasant things the longer you stay there. Planet Minecraft, YouTube, some other websites (strangely including some parts of Reddit) is a way better place than DA.

    DA has more permissive submission guidelines which some appear to take as a challenge to be as shocking as possible…

    If one is able to filter such content for oneself, one can find some very worthwhle materialat DA.

    random theory, but the fact that end cities have dragon heads on some of the structures implies that there were multiple ender dragons with the eggs left behind. it's possible that the ender dragons are actually all female, or 50% male and 50% female ratio. if they were all females, then they probably gave birth through asexual means, like how Venom birthed Carnage.
