OK, I got a good idea for u. its a mob adding mod which will add the following mob into your game (
http://www.minecraftskins.info/skeletonhead.html). during the night it will turn into a full out skeleton that will wield a reinforced bow. and during the day, it will wield a Iron sword(with the half skeleton half steve skin) and have the reinforced bow on his back. the mod idea was to only add that item and mob into the game. PLEASE MAKE THIS MOD. CALL IT THE skelehuman mod (v.??)
