Rank Wanted & why (200 words minimum): I am currently applying to receive the position of Admin, I would like this specific rank over the others because I believe it is a rank of high authority, you must set yourself a great role model for all the players watching you and not only that you must have an immense knowledge of a lot of different scenarios for example a player is struggling with a certain plugin, you must be able to help them and actually make sure they complete what they were trying to accomplish. Not only are you a role model for the players, but also for the Moderators, they need someone to keep them under control and although the owner is very well capable of doing it himself, he is not always on to keep them under control which is why he needs Admins. Nowadays there aren't many servers that actually push applicants to apply with the best of their ability, yet this server is a great example of the opposite, you set a standard for all the applicants and don't let any guy that applies in, you know how to be fun yet you know when to be strict and that is exactly what I love to see in an owner, I like to see a caring, dedicated owner and just by judging your post I can tell that you are just that, now the reason I said that is because I'd love to be apart of your team because I believe I meet all the requirements to be an Admin. I believe this server can further expand my experience and skills and overall knowledge of how servers work, this is because I can't learn any of this by going on to any random server that is asking for staff, I need to find the perfect server and I believe this is what I was looking for. Though, that was a little exaggerated, no server is ' perfect ', but with the right amount of hard work and dedication, a server can become great and as I stated before, you are a very formal yet chill owner and sometimes in these cases judging a book by it's cover IS a good thing, because I see great potential in this server just by the formality of your post, because of this I'd like to be apart of the staff team to help the server reach it's fullest potential, regardless of weather I get the spot or not.
How long have you played Minecraft for? Roughly 3 years.
How many hours could you dedicate to the Network a day? I could dedicate many hours of my week to this server, but of course I would have to finish all my assignments and do all my revision as the first priority and then the server (I'm sure you understand)
Why should we choose you instead of someone else? Well-formed servers all have a type of staff member in mind, the organized, smart, dedicated member, now I'm sure there are many other candidates who excel in these areas and not to sound so cocky, but I believe I show exceptional work in these areas and more, which is one of the reasons I should be chosen over the next guy. Another reason is, it is inferred in your posts that you are looking for a person who will actually spend time applying, you mentioned that some people lacked in info and effort which, after reading their application seems fair enough, I am saying all this because I believe I have spent a reasonable amount of time on this application and have put in an exceptional amount of effort (as I said before not trying to sound cocky, so sorry if I come off as it)
How mature are you? Ah, the maturity question a question that many people seem to overlook so quickly. They think ''I just have to have good spelling and try to stretch out my sentences, use a thesaurus to look for big words and I will look like I'm mature to get the spot, then I'll slack off!" and the sad thing is that they usually get away with it, however I am not going to over exaggerate and say my maturity level is 10/10, I believe it's 6 or 7. Now, don't get me wrong I can be strict when I must, but I'd like to be seen as a chill, kind funny guy that knows when to enforce the rules.
Tell us a bit about yourself: Well, I'm just your average guy who'se weekdays consist of study, game, sleep & repeat. I like playing footy, I like taking long bike rides and I love soccer as well.
Have you been Staff on any other Servers/Networks before? (If so IP/name/Proof if possible) play.opcraft.net, Opcraft, can't provide proof since it was quite a while ago however the server is still running but unfortunately all the old players have left so no one would recognize me. I was staff on one more server but it was a number IP so I can't remember it, now I know it seems like I don't have much experience but I don't like just applying on every server.

List 3 scenarios if a player was hacking: I'm not sure what this means but I'll try my best, firstly I am dealing with another issue and someone cries out ''hacker TP ADMIN HELP TP TP TP HACKER ******* TP YOU ******* **** PIECE OF ******* **** '' I would firstly warn them about the excessive language and then I would apologize to the person I am helping and ask them to give me a minute, I would tp to the person and confirm that the player is hacking, I would then enforce the appropriate punishment by what the servers rules are. Second, if a person was accusing someone of hacks but it was just what it was, an accusation, I would tell the player that and if they start getting angry I will understand but if they start swearing and doing things that disturb others gameplay I would take action and stop them. Thirdly, if it was one of my friends hacking. This is a serious issue since I have come across a countless number of staff who don't enforce the rules because the person is a good friend of theirs, I would (hopefully this is understandable) apologize to the person if they are really close to me and I will take appropriate action.
List 3 scenarios if a player was being abusive: If a player was spamming advertisements, swearing or just spamming useless things. If a player was harassing someone either in public or through pm and thirdly, if a staff member was abusing, if it is just small abuse I would report it to you first and approach the situation as you tell me to but if it's major abuse for example banning players for no reason, greifing things and force tping to people in their bases and destroying it I would take immediate action and inform you straight away.
