Is this going to be a staff only server? Just because you have a ton of slots doesn't mean that you are going to fill them all...Goodluck

I would suggest getting rid of hamachi and either port forwarding or buying a host. There are several things that can cause this...Computer speed, Internet speed...All sorts of things.

Why would you want to advertise on other players server? They work hard for their players and their server don't go around trying to take other players from servers..Advertise the right way.

Worldguard works fine just make sure everything is compatible and that you have worldedit installed.

50 might be a little to much for 2gb.. It also depends on the plugins you have, and btw it gives you a estimate on the site when looking..
