Custom NPC just makes the map making process s much easier. Dialog and NPC path functions are possible, though with a lot of coding(Command blocks). Quest are a whole another thing. They require so much coding. With all that, time is also a factor in my life. I'm only a Sophomore in High School.

You have essentially attempted to create a Linkedin but for Minecraft. I really love the concept, but I think that you should also allow developers and builders etc. to be able to put up there applications. With that, current staff can search for applicable staff AND/OR developers, builders etc. can search for possible openings. Base it off Linkin a bit more.
