I really enjoy the server! It is free and open to do pretty much what you want. Good combination of server mods as well.

Communities/Mapping PvP Map Help

That's the idea I'm tinkering with right now, but the problem is how does one make the most simplified version of that? Dispensers with hoppers running to each, with each hopper having its own spawner? That seems more complicated than other PvP maps I've explored.
