The issue with faction's server's is this, people think it's going to be easy, they make one the same as a big one, and expect to get big, then there are just tons and tons of unoriginal. My faction's server may not be OP PvP, however it has more unique things and a more unique experience. We provide many things other servers do not. I personally don't think minigames are worth making, (THIS IS MY OPINION DON'T START A FLAME WAR ABOUT IT) minecraft was meant for building and surviving. I have a network almost done, and it is all about full on servers, not minigames, feel free to check it out, it will be up in about a week. But back to the subject if you want your server to grow, add something ORIGINAL, it may take some digging but you will find it! Good luck!
