What can I bring to the server: extreme skills in minigame plugins, organizing other mods, making good maps for minigames. build structures and help others with their needs.
Why should you pick me: right, firstly i am good at organizing people since ive always liked things done well, i know a large variety of plugins and am a fairly skilled builder. i will see problems from the peoples point of view to resolve it faster and find the best way around things. i like to play with people and chat to them, i will monitor the chat for racism, swearing and advertising and will temp ban them, i will try to advertise the server in as many ways like youtube and server websites, twitter and more.
Give me an example situation of someone breaking the rules and what you would do: if hacking i would give them a ban for about 2weeks then if again get admin for perm ban. swearing or racism, ban for 1 week and after set their spawn in the void for another week, advertising i would kick them saying dont advertise and then if they do again tempban 1week, then again, tempban 2 weeks, and again get admin for perm ban. griefing, tempban 5days, if again, tempban 3weeks, and again then i'd get admin for perm ban
How long can I be on per week: pretty much everyday unless i have something important, about 1-2hrs some days 3, on weekends longer and the summer holidays even longer around 5-6hrs
