If so how?: Yes, although the rank Web Designer is not listed above, I can create stunning web design, for a cheap price, maybe even free, depends on how large the product is. I do not provide web hosting or a domain, If you provide those, I can do the rest. I also can configure forum software such as ModernBB, which is free, and a great alternative.
