You need to be popular then go to somebody such as RPM and apply. They'll tell you if your good enough. Then, if you are super popular someone might come to you but thats unlikely.

Do you not understand? Your not partnered.... You have a youtube account.... You can upload but your not partnered.... And you can't get partnered with 0 subscribers..


I am partnered. It says I am partnered and my account is enabled for monetization. I would still like the Youtube BG and if you're refusing then don't offer to make it in the first place.

If your monetized your not able to have a partner background...

My youtube account RustyTurkeyBrain (www.youtube.com/user/RustyTurkeyBrain) is partnered and verified, allowing me to customise thumbnails and etc. but my secondary account RustyTurkeyBrain2 (www.youtube.com/user/RustyTurkeyBrain2) is new and I have no idea how I got the first account partnered. Anyone mind telling me how to do so on my 2nd account?
