I bought the admin rank for $170 when they had NO 3 month option so don't tell me i bought the 3 month. I got on one day and not only was i not an admin, i was a member. i could do ONE command and believe me i tried all of them. i had NO WAY to contact anyone unless they were at spawn (i had to buy a TP to spawn) and i could talk to them. and what could i do? /voted. so i went and voted for asdfcraft, and did /voted. i got NO REWARDS and NO FREE RANK. when the owners were on (tex, mall, them, etc.) i tried to talk to you guys but you all ignored me. its okay though, you probably couldn't see my dark grey text over all the flashing colors of ranks trying to get you to give them shit. but best of all. NONE of the emails work. i have had NO support. needless to say i want my rank back, i payed for it and did nothing wrong (unless you consider going offline for 3 months while i was busy with school against the rules) and when i got on. i was in the EXACT SAME POSITION AND PLACE i was in before i logged off three months earlier. so nobody was on my account, and my account didn't do anything for 3 months. so...
• Nothing I did broke the rules
• I payed full price for the rank
• My account was inactive on the server for three months so it wasn't being hacked to break any rules
i need my rank back. i payed for it, and its rightfully mine and mine alone, i broke no rules and gave you no reason to take it from me, and if you have a reason please tell me so i can tell you why whatever it was didn't happen. please reply because i have spent MONTHS trying to get a response.
