    9. Were you in another group? If so, why did you leave?: i used to be in a group and we used to host servers but the leader of the group lost intrest and then group was disbanded
    10. Why Psychotic Cynics? ive watched your youtube videos and i would love to be apart of your group, you all seem like really awesome people.

    I could try uploading smaller videos, a fifteen minute video will take hours but i can upload during the night.

    What is your experience managing a server? Through the years i have had a wide range of different jobs in various positions on servers. Most notably Co-Owner, but i have also worked as a helper, Moderator, Builder and admin. I also have experience as Head Admin which is the same as this but with a different. I have gained most of my positions due to promotions bot others were sheer luck.

    Why should you be picked over other applicants? I belive that i should be Picked over other applicants because of my work ethic and my ability to be fun but also serious. I also think that my knowledge of the game is far greater than many others due to the amount to time i have played

    .If you knew a manager is 100% wrong about something how would you handle it? If I were to have a disagreement with a manager I would get the Owner or Co-Owners opinion on the matter. If I believed that I thought I was 100% right, then there's a chance that the other Manager thinks that he is 100% right and I could still be wrong. The only logical solutions are to either discuss it between ourselves or get an opinion from higher up.
