Have you ever been a mod Builder or helper on other servers? I have been a admin on 6 servers mod on 8 and a helper on 4
Why should we choose you for the job? I am very experianced and have been playing for a long time but want something new to start out with. I am very good with plugins and the sort. I can help advertise and also keep order in the server.
What would you do to improve the community? I would help with the plugins, I also could help you advertise a lot and also I know how make sure there's no griefing or server harming going on.
On a scale of 1 to 10 how reliable are you? 9 I cant always be on the server, but I will keep my promises and my comitments to the best of my abilities.
Can you start working immediately after we accept you? Yes, I would love to

how active are you: I am very Active, I try to play about 1-2 hours a day in the week and anywhere from 2-4 on the weekend

How long do you play: Anywhere from 1-4 hours

If someones greifing what do you do: First I will tell them they are griefing and if they don't stop in 3 seconds I will stop them immediately by kicking them then if they log back on, I will talk to them saying what they did wrong and explain to them what will happen next time if they do it again. Then I will contact you somehow.

are you good at buiding: Im very good at building Iv been playing minecraft for 3 years and I have built many massive structures in my time.

Mature: 1-10 10, I am very mature because I realize that staff set the example for the members.

Past Moderating experience: I have been a admin on 5 servers and a mod on 7 now.
Why you think you deserve to become a Head-Moderator: I am mature, Im really good at advertising. I am very experienced at being staff. I am great with plugins. I am great with commands of almost all plugins, I have been a admin on 5 servers now and a mod on 7. I'm friendly, and I want to help players learn.
What some of your strengths are: I am great with plugins, I am good with all commands in most servers. I am really good at advertising a server. I am mature and I'm good with people.
What some of your weaknesses are: I am bad at programming and the sort, and I cannot manage your tech/ make plugins.
How much time you're able to dedicate to the server each and every day: about 2-5 hours a day
Why I should choose you over everyone else applying for this position: I am very experienced at being a staff, and I am kind to others and help others learn. I am mature and I can deal with all sorts of people. I am great with plugins. I do not tolerate rules breakers. Plus, this sounds like a great server and I want to put my all in it unlike other people who are just looking for the staff rank.
Other information: I am very friendly and love to help people. I am a philanthropist and I love minecraft and want to help people learn and do well in it.

Plugin Ablility: I am VERY experianced with plugins, I have been a particial DEV, developer, before and worked with Many plugins, I am skilled with almost all normal/ semi-exotic plugins and I am very Skilled with World Edit and also AntiCheat Plugins and WorldGuard.
Why Should I Choose You? I am very experianced, I am mature, I am very good with almost all plugins, Im a great builder. I am good with advertising and posting and could help you advertise. I am nice and pleasant even to new players to both minecraft and the server. I also do not tolerate rule breakers/griefers/hackers and will keep a strong hand on them. I have never been beanned before and Im lookign for a great new server.
