Why would you like to be staff here?: I would like to help your server become a safe, but fun, and playable environment for people of all ages by preventing hateful/insulting speech. And by ridding it of any griefing or hacking.

Have you previously been banned on a server? And if yes why?: No, I have not been banned on a server.

Maturity Level (1-10): A strong 10, but I can also be very fun/likable.

Scenario 1 (What would you do if someone said "Give me diamonds or i'll grief the server): First, I'd kick them. If they came back and made the same remark or worse, I'd temporarily ban them.

Scenario 2 (What would you do if someone threatened to ddos the server?): Immediately IP ban them, and notify a higher rank.

Hello! My name is Molly and here is my application.

Give some experiences you've had by administrating, like hackers etc: I've dealt with a few hackers, but it's mostly been spamming and/or hate speech.

Do you know how to operate with CoreProtect?: I don't think I've ever used it actually, but I'm willing to learn.

What do you think factions for staff should be like?: I personally think they should be very similar to player factions. That way it is fair for all.

How much experience have you had all-together?: Quite a lot. I have experience with each rank (or at least the ones I know of), which are: Head Admin, Admin, Co-Owner, Mod, Spy-Mod, and Jr Mod. But I've had the most experience in the moderator and admin positions.

What Skills You Bring: Kindness, maturity, the ability to really talk to players, etc.

Why Should We Choose You: I can be very mature and serious when I need to be, but fun when appropriate. I've had much experience with moderating and things similar to it (not only in MC, but in other games and in life). I love to help out, and answer questions. And when I'm unable to answer a question, I can direct you to someone who can. I know my boundaries, and when I'm overstepping them. But most of all, I want to help make your server a safe, but fun, environment, where players can have an awesome time with their friends and not have to worry about spammers, griefers, and racist/sexist/hateful comments.

If you saw someone breaking the rules of the server, spamming or griefing for example, what would your response be? Please outline what you would say and do. What if they continued to do it?: Well first I'd give them a warning such as, "____, I'm going to ask you to stop.". If they ignored that, I'd either ask them to stop again or kick them, depending on the situation (say it was spamming, I'd give them two warnings. Unless it was something very hateful). If they ignored that, I'd kick them once. If they came back on and kept doing it, I'd repeat the process one more time. And if that failed, I'd temp-ban them until I could talk to an owner/co-owner about it.

Can You Advertise (How?): Yes. I can advertise on PMC by posting on the forums, or by another similar website. I can also tell some of my friends and whatnot.

How long have you played Minecraft: Around 2 years
Reason for wanting this position (requires paragraph): I would love to help out with your server by moderating everyone's gameplay and politely dealing with people who break or disrespect rules. I also want to try my very best to help make the server a fun, friendly, and inviting environment. I have an obsession with helping people and answering questions, and I'm hoping to "feed my addiction" by becoming staff on this server.
Experience (details): I have experience in the following positions: Co-Owner, head admin, admin, "super-mod", and mod. I have gotten some good feedback from the people who have hired me before.
Amount of time you can dedicate per week: I am home schooled, which means I have a LOT of time to spend on whatever I choose to spend it on. I would be able to dedicate around 15 hours during the week and more on the weekends.
What can you bring to this server?: I can bring politeness, kindness, fun, etc. to this server!
Why should you be chosen?: Well unlike a lot of other staff on many servers I've seen, I don't abuse the commands by griefing or killing players while in creative mode. Matter of fact, I never grief (even on griefing servers :p) or kill other players. I'm just not that kind of person. I don't usually use the specialized commands unless I am instructed to or need to. I would play along with everyone else while also helping anyone who needs it.

Time Playing: I have played Minecraft for about 2 years and I usually play once a day for around 2 hours.
Previous Experience?: Yes, I've been co-owner, head admin, admin, "super-mod", and just mod on many different servers before.
Banned (We will Check): Yes
Why (In succession to last question if answered Yes): I have been banned from maybe 2 or 3 servers, once was my brother getting banned (we used to share an account before he recently got his own) and then the other times were because of someone trolling/hacking and banning everyone.
Position (Staff, Dev, Builder): Staff
Why?: I've been looking for a server to spend some time on and help out recently. I like to help players as much as possible. And I wouldn't spend all day in creative mode, griefing other players and killing them like other staff usually do on many servers. I would actually play along with others while helping at the same time.
