Originality: Meh, not too original.
Shading: The shading is okay, not the best but okay. I would recommend downloading a shading template and applying it to one skin and study the result.
Overall: Its not too good, the top of the hair is missing and the hands aren't re-textured.
I would give it a 5/10.

I use Photoshop CS6 and Minecraft Skin Viewer.


Photoshop for the smaller tweaks and Minecraft Skin Viewer to pose the skins.
