The idea I've had for the server is TESIV:Oblivion. I've been looking for a good oblivion rp/rpg server and just can't find one! I know people would flock to it, especially myself and my friends. There is a map of tamriel available for download as a template for us to start on. At first it would be a creative rp, where players build things from the game in their rightful places on the server. This would have to be carefully regulated, as griefing is a popular activity. After nearly all towns are built. Non-staff players would return to survival mode (gamemode 0) and the server would become a survival RPG, where players travel from town to town performing quests and ect. Guilds to join, dungeons to complete, I can't believe no one has made this happen yet. Msg me on here if you're interested.
