You could try Bukkit and work from there, e.g. messaging popular devs and hoping for the best. If not, you could always try here on PMC. As for advertising, I'd recommend attempting to get a video or two on it, whether it's you or a different Youtuber who uploads it.

-Mini/Large Blocks
-Redstone can be placed on any side of a block, not just the top
-Better Lighting (like the Dynamic Lights mod in Vanilla)
-Health Bars (like the Damage Indicator mod in Vanilla)
-One-Hit Trees (like the Lumber mod in Vanilla)
