Experience:
So, I have been a moderator on a Pixelmon server that had a player base of about 20-30 players daily. That lasted about a month, I left because the staff team was crumbling and now is under new ownership. That server is called Rikselmon. I have been another moderator, for a small survival server called FoxCraft. It had a player base of about 10-15 players daily. That lasted about 2 weeks. The server went down to lack of donations. This in all honesty is pretty crumby. I don't want to apply for servers anymore unless they really show they can make it. That is why I chose this one to apply for. I have much for capable then what my past experience shows.
Position Applying For:
Concept designer team. I would like to be part of this because I find creating new games or concepts to make these easier is were I excel not only in Minecraft but school as well. This will also be good "training" for me because I plan to go into game development for a career. Thinking of ideas could help me create unique things I could add into a game I am planning on making. (Once I learn how to program/code of course)

am most active from 4 o'clock-6 o'clock during the weekdays. Weekends I am active from 2 o'clock-6 o'clock.
What game are you most likely to spend most time on:
I am mostly likely to be found on, but not limited to your ProBending, Survival Games, TDM, and SMB servers. I find these the most entertaining for me in my playing time of Minecraft. This is not to say that I won't visit the others, just saying these will be my main go to games.

Why You Want To Help Us:
I would like to help your server out because I feel that your server could imply for me, time to do something. Lately I felt I haven't been doing as much as usual gaming wise, I think this could be a time filler I would really enjoy. Also, being part of a team to create ideas for server that could potentially make it huge would be an amazing experience for me.
