Plugins you know: Well basically to know the plugin is 1st to know what are the permission, configuration needed to make, and isit well updated.
Basic plugins need will be essentials, permission plugin and worldedit + worldguard
Do you use any mods?: Nah i keep it as originally as i can
Good qualities: I want to help servers that are still new and mentor them to the right path. I love pick up mistakes of other and correct them the best I could.
Can you tolerate players being slightly rude?: Everyone know that everyone have a free of speech. Those who are abusive will be need to control and those who is overwhelmed will be need to stablize
How would you respond to a grief? It unavoidable but can be prevent by using a plugin.
Anything else I should know?: I just want to help you out to start up this server, remember there are lot and lots of server out there. They are your competitor. To be unique you need to know what you looking for. For this Im able to show and teach you the right things to do and avoid those that have been a mistake in my past. I do not want the rank but the experience of teaching others what I know.
