Skyblock is too easy. You just have to have the patience to sit at a cobblestone generator for hours on end. Then you got to find some way to replace all the grass with cobble and start on the farms, challenges, and all that. But If you make a skyblock server, you need to make it cracked because I didnt buy minecraft. I've gotten far on my own skyblock, and I have 2 wheat farms, 1 pumkin seed, 1 watermelon seed, 1 sugar cane farm, cobble generator, monster spawn island thats fenced in, tree(s), and another island under the island to store my chests. so yeah.
