Someone is spamming in chat what do you do?:Give them two warnings then a mute for 10 minutes if issues continue a longer mute then kick.

Someone is Exploiting what do you do?:It depends on the situation but I would Tempban and If repeated I would ban.

A staff member is abusing his/her power what do you do?:Once again it depends on the situation I would give them a warning then kick then tempban if it continue. On the other hand if the staff was higher ranked then me I would report to a higher rank Asap

About yourself: I am fun and trustworthy. I make people laugh and am fun to be around I enjoy playing on minecraft servers and helping them grow and prosper into marvelous servers that people truely enjoy being on and like the staff as well.

2.Position you are looking to obtain? Moderator

3.How many hours a day can you contribute to being on the server? 2-5 normally

4.Why should we choose you? I am very experienced with staff and I love to help people with issues and make the game exactly what it is a game to enjoy.

5.Have you run a minecraft server before? Or been staff on any? I started my own server but closed it down shortly afterwards because of a lack of player base.I have been staff on lots of servers

Why do you want this job?: I enjoy to help people and I am very good at doing this. I have had lots of experience and can play 2-5 hours a day. I love being staff on smaller servers and would love to be able to help you and Elite.
