you could have like a horde of zombies, creepers and spider jockeys, for the police:
Zombies - norm police, creepers - riot police, and spider jockeys for police on horses. You could have all the for when the police are onto you, BUT you can have an escape route that should be like, unlocked when you do something right. E.g. you need to press a button to stop the alarm going off (note blocks for alarms ) and if you don't then when you break into the safe the alarm goes off and you... for lack of a better word... run like a pregnant duck from the police.
P.S. there should only be gold, iron, ect. in the safe but if you turn off the alarm before breaking in, then there should be bonus diamonds
