Looks really good!

Just a small suggestion though, is to hit F1 before you take your pictures to make the GUI disappear. To make the pictures fit in the post, use [simg] instead of [img].

To fix images use [simg] instead of [img]

I think that you can fix the blocks by turning off the Alternate Blocks setting, but I'm not exactly sure.

Ehh... This doesn't look very good when at the end it transitions to just the server info because it's not very smooth.

Change the skin file name to skin.png or whateveryouwant.png.
