Past Experience: I was a staff manager at NovaMCnetwork, It went for two years and got shut down because the owner left MC My job was to require new staff member and keep them follow the rules., (Normally that server got 30-45, And In events it got 50-60.) Also I owned a server SDsurvival But we shut it down because me and the second owner got a fight between us (The server had 30-40 players), Also I was a plugin manager at HazeMC, The server is still running but I quit because of personal problems, (My job was to config the plugins and install them.)
What can you bring to our servers: I believe my presence will benefit the server in a lot of ways. I communicate easily and in a meaningful and confident manner. I am reliable, dependable, responsible and would dedicate time to the server when possible to fulfill a position as a staff member. I think I would get along with both staff and players easily and would try my very best to help out at all times. I am respectful to others around me and to those in higher positions to me. I also have a part time job, which has helped my skills of teamwork and working in an environment as a staff member.
What server would best fit you: I think I'll be fit great in Factions.
How many hours a week can you be online: a number of hours I am able to dedicate to the server per week completely depend on the tasks that present themselves in my real life. The hours may vary depending on different factors, such as vacations, school assignments, and hanging out with friends.
Why should we pick you for staff: So.. I know you've seen many kinds of apps, And most of them are familiar I hope my app will exceed your expectations. I think I should be considered for staff, I believe that I am an above average applicant that has a lot of important key traits to offer to the server. As I previously stated, I want to provide a unique experience for all players that will better their playing experience and outlook on the network as a whole. My common interests tie in with the rest of the community and staff team, which are to continue to make each map better and bigger and to develop a long-lasting network. I am a hard-working individual and I strive for success in anything and everything that I do. I have a very large and diverse skill set that would be very beneficial to the server as a staff member.. I understand what is required of a staff member, and I believe that I would be able to handle all the tasks assigned to me. I want to continue to grow on the staff team, and would be willing to accept even more responsibility as a staff member, and would handle even more tasks that are of most importance.
