Why do want to help? : I believe that every server needs dedicated and friendly staff members that are willing to help in every situation. Furthermore, these staff members need to be mature and sound-minded enough to handle extreme situations that test their patience and abilities. I believe that I am fit for this position because I have a lot fo previous experience and extremely good social skills. I know what to look for in situations and I know exactly how to provide an amazing experience for players by promoting a positive environment.

What will you do to help? : I would love to help out as a head admin. I am great at server development, installation, and setup, and I also know how to effectively moderate and make great decisions based on player behavior. I can pretty much do anything, as I currently run an entire network of my own.
Previous Server Staff Experience: I currently run a network of my own and developed it from the ground up. I have been a developer and administrator for my own servers for the past three years. On other servers, I have had the opportunity of being a developer and admin. Servers that I am not a staff member on still see me helping out in the way that a staff member would (reporting players and helping to promote a positive environment)
