It's World Mental Health Day, an important day to recognise.
There is never any shame in suffering or not coping with the world; there is no shame in being different; there is no shame in having something wrong with you; it's ok to ask for help; it's ok to have therapy; it's ok to take medication. The stigma around mental health is slowly lifting in some parts of society, but it's still not good enough.
There are always people around to listen, and there are always resources available to you, no matter your circumstances.
Arian's super stressed and says she doesn't feel too well. However, she tries her best to take her mind off her problems. She wants to thank all those of you who give her encouraging words.
She's very anxious and depressed, but at least now she looks more normal. She had a day with one of her close friends and it seems that cheered her up a little.
