Help/JavaEdition Please, I need Help! (1.13 Issue)

It's definitely a software problem. Check what programs you have running in your task manager. Could be some sort of malware or virus that's making that happen to you. It's not a problem with Minecraft or your mouse, it's definitely a program or a setting that's causing that to happen. Try checking your mouse settings in windows, as well as making sure to uninstall any unwanted programs.

Any clarifications about the skin (What it is if not obvious, most important details, etc.): Well my skin is myself wearing a New York Rangers jersey. On the back of the jersey is player #61 Rick Nash.
Pose (May or may not work out perfectly): Doesn't matter to me :)
Background (Please keep it simple): Doesn't matter to me :)
Is it an avatar? (will be square): Nope!
Specific dimensions? (1000X1000, 600X400 etc.): Nope!
Anything else?: If you draw this, it'll be amazing and I would be grateful forever :)
