What some of your weaknesses are:Plugins, How much time you're able to dedicate to the server each and every day:1-4 hours and 3-6 hours on weekends.
Why I should choose you over everyone else applying for this position: Because I would be able to Lead the moderators and try to help the community with help, I would also be able to bring about 5-8 of my friends to the server.
