Like i said i have done a small amount on plugins but my building skills are really good as far as the word goes from my friends and server admins.

id would just prefer a member status or whatever you prefer me to be in. Its your choice

If you mean punishing people for not obeying the rules then yes definitely if the right evidence is supplied and that the wrong person doesn't get punished. i strongly believe in following the rules and just having fun.
