Past Experience: I have been a moderator/Admin on many servers of different types and i am full of experience.
Two players are arguing in chat because one of them is accused of stealing the other's precious item, how would you resolve the conflict?: I would ask them to please message me privately without spamming chat and explain what had happened, then i would try too find the solution too the problem and resolve it if i can.
If you were a helper and a player had just been griefed, how would you deal with the situation?: If griefing isn't allowed then i would contact an admin or someone with more power then me to find out who did it, If i had the power i would look into it and let the player know that we're going to help him/her. If griefing is allowed then i would apologize to the player for his loss and tell him that there's nothing i can do and he should just move on.
How many hours can you be on on our server (A day)?: 4-10 hours a day up until September 1st then its a bit different, but i should be able to be on for a while..
