Personally, I like to switch around with what I make. So if I had made a Star Wars map, I now make something realistic. After that, something abstract. Then, something historical. You get the point. I can't really give you one specific because that ruins the creativity in my opinion. I'm a level 1 too, so take this with a grain of salt.
