Minecraft/Servers Huge New Server ☆ In need of LOTS of Staff! ☆ 32GB of RAM

Name? - Max Pfaff

Age? (Don't lie.) - 16 years old.

IGN? - Shermdoe

What am I applying for? - I'm applying for an Administrator Position.

Experience? - I was previously a Moderator on an older server that has now declined in popularity.

Proof of Experience? - I don't have any screen shots of when I was a Moderator but, I still am close with a former Co-Owner of the server on Skype and I'm sure he would be willing to tell you all about the days of when I was a Moderator.

Anything else? - I live in the Eastern Time Zone if that matters at all to you. I'm available pretty much everyday from 4pm-10pm.

Previous Experience: I was previously a moderator on a server that I played on for quite a long time.

What makes you interested in this position (make this longer than 5 sentences): Like I said earlier, I was given the position of moderator on another server and I truly loved the experience. I would love to help out another server with whatever it may need. I want to be able to help the players in any way they might need. I'm a people person so I'll be able to get players to keep returning to your server. Also, you seem like an intelligent and sophisticated person so I thought I might apply to your server.

How can you help (make this longer than 5 sentences): I am a fair and just person and good at resolving conflicts. I rarely ever take sides in arguments. People will generally tell others that I'm a kind person. I'm easy to get along with but am able to lay down the law when necessary. Also I have experience professionally testing and formatting plugins for servers.

Experience in plugins: I've been a professional tester for plugins, so I'm fairly good at finding exploits within plugins so that you eventually may patch them.

Any other info: My timezone is EST if that is helpful for you to know at all!

Have you been Staff Before: I've really only played on one server for my entire 3 years on Minecraft. On that server I rose to the rank of Moderator before I decided to step down because I'd rather play with my friends than staff them.

Why do you deserve to be a Staff: Like I said previously, I was a Moderator on another server before I stepped down from the position. I am a fair and just person and will never choose sides when it comes to player arguments. I'm pretty easy to get along with but when I want to put the hammer down, I'm able to. Also I've had experience professionally testing and formatting plugins for servers.
