Hi Feniksy, All you need to create your own texture pack is picture editing software. For example I use photoshop. If you are looking for help you can pm me on Discord. My discord is Wolves#5162. The icon is for my minecraft server, sorry if I failed to explain myself properly, the website art is also for that server. Sorry again for any confusion.
At the moment it is in development stage but I am planning to add Creative and Survival servers first, although I do have plans for unique mini games, factions, pvp game modes and sky blocks.
