The Java resource pack system is so limited but do not let that dissuade you. I just got Bedrock custom geo json models rendering in Minecraft Java more efficiently than ArmorStand entities. They dont even save to the world chunks its just communicated to the client at the start of the arena match. It's so much better on Java such that I coded 5+ years of stuff for Escape From Tarkraft and we are not stopping. Java for life! Yes this is a shill post now go check out my mod thx bye.
