5. How active can you be I can be really active, although from monday-friday, I will be on less than on Saturday/Sunday, due to high school. Monday-Friday around atleast 4 hours, and Saturday-Sunday around 6 hours.
6. Why do you want to become staff on our server. Please answer truthfully I would love to be a staff member, to help drastically improve the flow of the server chat, unfair gameplay, and well being of the community. I will contribute to making that possible by:
A) Helping players through hard times, like if someone has died in real life, or something has happened that they need to talk about, just so they feel that they can feel more comfortable playing on this server.
B) Analyzing other players movements. E.g. If they appear to be hacking, I will keep a close eye on that particular player, until he is either guilty of hacking, or just lagging. If other players confirm that someone is hacking, I will not jump to a conclusion straight away, I would simply make sure my self that, that player is either hacking, or not hacking.
c) I will make sure that if someone is using racist/sexist slur against another member of the community I will put an end to that. I will prevent people from spamming if they successfully bypass the spam prevention plugin, and I will make sure that no player is feeling left out, or not being spoken to.
d) I will let every player of the community feel welcome, and make them want to stay on the server, by welcoming a new player or welcoming back a player that has joined again. I will make sure that all questions are answered correctly. I will make sure that no player will get an easier punishment for another. E.g. if "jimmy" swears at someone continuously, I will give him a formal warning, and then mute for a period of time. Then 1 hour later, if my friend "bob" swears at someone I will give him the exact same punishment that I gave to jimmy, therefore, there will be no reason to complain.
7. Experience working on other servers I have been staff on many servers, but most servers have shut down due to, hacking, owners have given up, lack of money, lack of players, or hosts have just shut down. I have run 4 of my own servers, all four were up for at least 4 months. The reason I stopped producing thouse servers were lack of players/donations to keep a healthy community, and sustain a good, strong server.
8. You have noticed someone at spawn. You have spawn protection, so you're safe. When you watch him PvP with others, he appears to be able to hit people from behind. However, you are unsure about this. What do you do? First off, I will analyze the player's movements more carefully. I would probably open my recording software asap so I can replay and slow down the situation. I will then analyze one last time and come to a conclusion whether the induvidual is hacking or not hacking.
9. You notice people who are trying to permanently trap people in spawn by using pistons and pushing blocks into the no break zone. What do you do? I will give them a strict warning, and put a stop to this. I will continue to keep an eye on them afterward.
