u spawn on a waterslide that brings u to the main spawn building
u can have an event for that every fith player that joins gets a free diamond product or something like that
u can make two pvp areas, 1 regular, and 1 with a giant tower platform that if u fall off, u fall into lava and die =D
u can make a scavenger hunt and put chests in many places
u can have a world peace conference thing where faction leaaders or mods can go and talk about alliances and stuff and peace offerings
u can even make an easy and fun way to get mod. the player can fight against three admins one after the other and if he wins he gets mod =D
