seems legit.

You have no projects so if people want to reqruit it would be
better if you had some sort of proof that you can actually build.

This isn't a safe thing to do,
asking people to build your stuff on their server.
They can just claim it and run away nothing happened.

If you want to do something like this I suggest you have it done on your own server if you can manage to start one
