Do you have a good imagination: I would like to think of myself as an imaginative person, I often partake in graphic design classes and love to experiment with different ideas both in Photoshop and in building.
Types of builds you can think of: I can think of a large amount of different and diverse builds with a variation of different designs and features within them. It would depend on what YOU wanted me to think of.
Can you manage a building team: Yes, I have been in management positions many times in a few different build teams. Usually I am a builder as well as managing the team since I can also build.
