how many mcbans do you have: None, I adhere to the rules, as I know how bothersome it is when a user does not. Sadly, there are people who's mindsets are the exact opposite of mine, and simply focus on breaking rules. I wish to be an admin, because I understand how they work as I've dealt with people like that for two years now.
How long have you played mc: Around two years.
In what cases will you /ban: After four times of breaking a rule, or upon the breaking of a severe rule or an excessive amount of rules at once, the player is deemed to be deliberately breaking the rules in order to break the peace, and will be banned. They will be told they are going to be banned before I do so. I will give them a moment to say what they need to say in order to defend themselves in a message, and if they cannot come up with a reasonable argument, they will be banned without question.
In what cases will you /tempban: After the second time that a player deliberately breaks a rule. My temporary bans are usually an hour to three days long, depending on how serious the offense is or how many times they have broken the rule.
in what cases wil you /mute: When a player is spamming or arguing in public chat afer being told to cease.
In what cases will you /kick: When a member is breaking rules after being warned a single time, this is often what I use to demonstrate that I am not joking around.
What plugins are you experienced with: WorldEdit, Towny, Permissions, Essentials, Ownblocks, iConomy, Chestshop, McMMO and Big Brother, to name a fraction of the few that I feel confident and skilled with. I am also experienced at managing plugins, and figuring out which plugins are causing problems.
Could you donate: Sadly, no. I would if I could. However, I have no money at the moment. If I ever can. However, it may be a small amount, such as five dollars.

Have you been an admin before: Three times, once on a server named Zangria, another time on a server named Lumbercraft, and again on my friends server.
How long have you been working with bukkit (if any): Almost two years now.

What are the regular hours you can get on skype: 3 P.M-11 P.M. on weekdays. 9 A.M to 2 A.M on Weekends, depending on my plans.

How do you work under stress: Rather well, I've learned how to manage both stress and anger, which allows me to keep my composure in even the most stressful or irritating of moments.
Strengths you have: I am good with people, computers, and servers. After managing plugins for a while, it's quite easy to learn which plugin may be causing problems on the server. I have a good sense of judgement, oftentimes I see illogical admins. Such a thing causes both problems and displeasure, as many people will get unfair punishments. I am not that type of person. I am also ready to help if you, or any player might need it, as long as I am not busy with homework or a project.

Why would you be a good fit here: I am a friendly person, and enjoy playing minecraft with others. Oftentimes, I find myself in a new server, alone, without friends. Personally, I feel as if I can play on a server and feel more attached to it if I helped raise it from the ground up. I most people often enjoy me, because I am a laid-back admin, however, they know I will not hesitate to drop the hammer if they are too out of line. I am always looking to help, especially when there are those who genuinely need it.
Anything else you wish to add: I own a gaming PC that I built a few weeks ago, which I see you have done too. I'm learning Java at the moment, perhaps I can help you, and you can help me along the way. It's also nice to see that you're into networking. I'm currently running Far Cry 3 on Ultra.
