Experience with Bukkit/Plugins: I run a small survival server that has bukkit enabled, I also have lots of experience with world edit, world guard, and bukkit in general with a private server with my friends.
Do you know of any Plugins for Bukkit that adds moderators to the server: Permissions is a great way to set specific permissions for groups that you set up. It's a little confusing, but well worth it.
