Alright, I finished watching Ahsoka ep 4. (SPOILER WARNING!)

To start things off, I really think that the sets and the overall look of the show are good. I think that it's going to set up some crazy things in the future since we have a Mandoverse movie confirmed. The action was really nice. I mean, I don't think it was my favorite lightsaber dueling, but it was definitely good enough for me. It was really cool to just hear all the different lightsaber sounds and the whole setting just enhanced it. Plus, we get to see another Mandalorian vs Sith fight, which is cool. Like, the part where Sabine reached her hand out to "use the force" and then just shot at Shin's lightsaber. That's the stuff that reminds me of when Boba fought Vader in Legends. It totally gave off those vibes to me.

In terms of the characters, I definitely don't think that any of them are bad. Baylan and Shin are pretty interesting, and I like the way Sabine is so far. Sabine's main motivation is obviously finding Ezra, and it does add some more emotion to her character in this. She is also just portrayed really well, in my opinion. Ahsoka is good too, but I do slightly worry for her. Like, she's portrayed pretty well, but I feel like most of the character moments are just focused on Sabine. It kind of feels like Sabine is set up to get some character development, but as of right now, I can't say the same thing for Ahsoka. Which is obviously bad since the show is called AHSOKA, but I could easily be wrong by the end. I mean, it's only like, what... half way through? So, they could still easily change this. Now, I don't think that this is nearly as bad as it was for The Book of Boba Fett where Boba just straight up wasn't in some of the episodes. I mean, Ahsoka is definitely one of the main focuses of the show, but I just feel like most of the character moments are focused on Sabine.

One other thing I wanted to mention was Marrok. Now, if you have been around the community for a while, you would know that people have been theorizing on who Marrok is for a while. The main guesses were Ezra, Starkiller, or Barris. Marrok turned out to be none of these characters. In fact, he was just a spirit. Now, this isn't really the fault of the people who made the show. I mean, it's not like they were ever hyping up Marrok. It was just us making theories and then getting disappointed when they didn't turn out true. So, this isn't an actual problem with the show, but it was still disappointing.By the way, the music was good. Also, Anakin at the end was really cool. I could see that they made him look younger than he was in the Kenobi show since apparently people complained about that. I'm really interested to see where the rest of this show goes and I hope it gets me hyped for the movie.

I would probably say this episode was like an 8.5/10. IT WAS GREAT in my opinion.

Yeah it's a shame. DC could have had it's own "No Way Home" and maybe something special if they didn't cast someone like Ezra Miller, and gave Keaton's Batman a proper continuation like in the Batman 89 comics, but oh well. It was a wasted opportunity..
