I'm sure they don't want to take money away from children and/or those with learning disabilities, such as yourself.
You shouldn't use it if you can't manage to select 'alternate versions' on the bukkit download page[1] or google something like "bukkit dev build"[2] (hell, even just google search "bukkit"[3] and the dev build list comes up just under the first post). You will end up complaining if (or with the dev build more like when) it crashes.
