Seriously guys, Don't just ask for a staff position and definitely don't ask for admin straight away. I just want to add onto something that Tal said, and I'll obviously delete it if Tal tells me to, But don't apply with a tiny, non-detailed application.

And If you have a problem, Try to contact Tal directly instead of using the application thread to issue your concerns.

Previous Experience: I've been staff quite a few times, On different games too. One of my best examples is on a different game, sadly. People loved me as a staff member, and since i left i've only seen 3 or 4 players on a day. I've also been a helper twice, an admin on a Modded Survival and a moderator on a Multigame server (Creative, survival, economy, Skyblock and minigames.) I did try to create my own server, an MMORPG, but it ended up failing because of lack of staff. However, I am extremely familiar with most of the commands, and if i haven't seen a set of commands before, I am very quick to adapt.

Role you are applying for: Moderator, Hopefully.

Why do you want to work for us?: I've always loved Towny servers, and really just want to bring the server together. I've also noticed you're very strict on your applications, and trust that you take your server seriously, which is something I respect a lot. I feel like your current staff are all very mature, and would love the chance to hopefully pitch into all this goodness. I also just love the look of your spawn, and it seems you have some god damn fantastic builders working on your project, and even if I'm not accepted, I would love to come have a look.

Why would you benefit us?: I believe I am fun. Not your normal, run-of-the-mill style fun, But i like to spend my own time making sure players are having a laugh and enjoying themselves, otherwise I'll make them laugh! I take pride in servers I believe could really get started, and never slack. I'm always on the watch, and if I'm having a laugh with someone, I can quickly start being serious to make sure that someone is obeying the rules. Im responsible, and full of ideas.

Are you a mature person:
(Please answer honestly) I believe I am, But can sometimes be a bit childish. I would say I'm a maturity rating of 7.

Languages: Primarily English. I've always struggled to learn languages, but I can speak quite a bit of french, however, it can very easily go wrong. I'll always try my hardest to communicate with a foreign player, though.

Position applying for: Helper/Mod (Guardian) Whatever you think is best (depending on what's free)

Please list any experience that you've had as a staff member on other servers. Put N/A for no prior experience: I've been a Helper on a modded survival server, A Head Admin on a multi-game server (prison, economy, creative, survival and minigames) I am also extremely confident with most commands, Unless its a plugin I haven't seen before, of which i will adapt very quickly.

What makes you different from other people applying?: I believe that I am different because I am friendly. Not just your average, run-of-the-mill style friendly, but I am fun. I give off a fun aura and im not all business. I like joking around with my players and *might* host the occasional game or quiz or giveaway from my own items. However, I never show favoritism, and prefer that if I give a special benefit to a player, even by accident, And other players know, I'd prefer to give it to them too, or take it away from that one player. Some might call that unfair, but I see it as making sure that nobody is getting better treatment than the others.

Are you capable of joining a team that has already been working together?: Of Course. It could take me a while to adapt, as I am not very comfortable joining a team that doesn't know me, But as long as I am treated fairly and nicely, I have absolutely no problem working with others, And would actually prefer extra information on other staff and players and the server.

How many hours per week are you able to contribute to working on the server?: 2-8 weekends, 2-6 weekdays. I hope this doesn't pose a problem, As I am very busy as of recently, But you can give or take some hours/minutes depending on what im doing that day.

What is your TimeZone? If outside of the US please put your TimeZone in UTF format: GMT

What time-frame would you be available? Example: 5:00pm - 9:00pm: Most Weekdays: 4pm - 9pm // Weekends: 12pm - 10pm+

Please Read: I am not great at huge projects, like castles and huge, man made landscapes.
However, I do things like indoor decor, outdoor decor, Small houses, Walls (city walls) Trees, Pathways ect, The small things that make the huge, awesome builds look complete. However I am looking to improve my skills, So if i get accepted, I will watch other builders and look at formations for my own benefit.

Experience (Please explain what you know now): I have been pretty much all positions down to a moderator. I've been Co-Owner on a survival building server, A Head Admin on a creative server and a Head Mod on a minigame server.

Have you ever been banned? I have never been banned from any server and hope to keep it that way. I respect the rules and the people that made them.

Why should we pick you? Im friendly, creative and give off a fun aura. Its difficult for many people to be able to be fun but strict at the same time, However i can do that. Im laid back when it comes to talking and letting players have fun, but strict when it comes to enforcing the rules and making sure people dont do things again. Why we should pick you: I am very fair, and can be strict when needed, however i am funny to be around and give off a fun aura. I am extremely familiar with the commands and do not abuse them in any way. I can follow instructions and do what i am told, And i respect the staff and players the same.

What could you do for us? I can enforce the rules on the players and keep an eye on how things are going, If any member of staff needs assistance i can and will help them. If a player needs help, is new to the game or is struggling with something i can spend my time to help them. Im dedicated but fun, and i believe i could bring a new level to the table.

My Extra Notes: I am good at communicating, not only with those that might be a little mad, but also those that don't know much English. Im great at building, incase assistance is needed in that department and i have great knowledge on plugin commands and world edit. If I am dedicated enough to the server, i am willing to spend plenty of time helping on the server.

P.S I currently cannot afford a microphone until i find a new temporary job, So i cannot speak on a Skype call, however i can be in one and simply use the chat for communication.

Why do you want to work on the server: I have been told alot that im a great Mod and my building skills, are, good i guess. I love playing on servers but i've only got a rank on one, I loved it so much, i protected it, i was a nice Mod, i didn't ban or kick straight away,
When can you be on: about, 10am to 11pm on weekends and 4pm to 10/11pm on weekdays. (english time)
What makes you suitable for this position: Im kinda funny, im good at building, i can protect anything with mature and fair behavior, I dont rage, (raging isn't fun ^.^) Im also kind.
What can you do for the server: I can build, I can keep it under control, make sure everybody is following the rules, If a higher rank than me wants me to do something, i just do it without question.
